Thoughtful Cruise Planning, Built Around You.

I plan ocean cruises with your preferences in mind, including the days before and after you sail. We’ll talk through the choices together, with room for questions at every step.

Why book with a
travel advisor?

No extra advisor cost

I do not charge a planning fee for cruise bookings. Cruise lines pay travel advisor commissions. Fares are usually the same as booking direct, and may sometimes be better depending on available offers.

Potential added perks

Depending on the sailing and available offer, amenities may include onboard credit, prepaid gratuities, specialty dining, or group amenities. These are possibilities, not promises.

A cruise that fits you

We’ll consider the cruise line, ship, cabin, itinerary, and sailing style alongside your preferences, so the choice is about more than where the ship goes.

Someone who knows your trip

You’ll work with someone who understands what matters to you and stays personally involved in the planning, beyond the reservation itself.

Beyond the Ship

The cruise may be the centerpiece, but it is not the entire trip.

Pre- and post-cruise stays

Arrive with room to settle in, or stay longer to explore. I’ll help you consider hotel stays that fit the rest of your trip.

Airfare guidance

If airfare is included in a vacation package, I’ll help you evaluate the option. If you prefer different flights, I’ll research alternatives based on your preferences and send you options to book directly with the airline.

Transfers

Plan the connections between the airport, hotel, and cruise port with your arrival timing in mind.

Shore excursions

We’ll consider cruise-line excursions and independent or private options around your plans and comfort level.

Travel protection

I’ll help you consider available protection options. Coverage and claims are subject to the policy’s terms.

Travel readiness

Passport and visa reminders, arrival timing, and practical details help you prepare for the journey.

New to cruising?
Let’s make it feel clearer.

Cabins, ships, dining, embarkation: you don’t need to have it all figured out. I’ll explain the choices and what to expect, with space for every question.

A shared trip.
Room for everyone.

Different ages can mean different interests, room needs, mobility considerations, and daily rhythms. I’ll help consider those details together, so there’s room for individual preferences within one shared trip.

Earlier planning usually gives us more choices for itineraries, cabins, travel dates, and rates, especially for popular sailings and holidays. If you are planning closer to departure, I can still help you explore what is available.

Yes. I can plan your pre- and post-cruise hotel stays and help evaluate airfare included in an eligible vacation package. For standalone airfare, I’ll research options based on your preferences and send you choices to book directly with the airline.

Yes. We’ll consider location, cabin type, space, accessibility needs, budget, and how you expect to spend your time onboard so you can choose what feels right for you.

Yes. We can consider cruise-line excursions along with independent or private options based on your interests, plans, and comfort level.

That’s completely fine. I’ll help you understand the ships, cabins, dining, embarkation, and other choices along the way so you know what to expect before you sail.

Yes. I can help plan cruises for couples, families, friends, and multigenerational groups while considering different room needs, schedules, ages, interests, and accessibility needs as part of one shared trip.

For larger groups on popular cruise lines or itineraries, planning early is especially important. When possible, I recommend starting as soon as the itinerary is released, often 12 to 18 months in advance, to give the group the best opportunity for preferred cabins, better availability, and favorable rates.
